Where research material is stored and used

Local data in the desktop app

Working files remain in the local folder you select. Personal, project and conversation memories are stored on your computer; manage, disable or delete them in Memory settings. Unlinking a project folder does not delete its files. Signing out does not delete local tasks.

Online model requests

Local work is not necessarily offline. An online model request may send your question and referenced material to the selected provider. Check its data-handling policy and your institution's rules on sharing material before use.

Permissions and sensitive material

Select only the folders and permissions a task needs. Before using unpublished papers, personal information or confidential data, confirm permission and redact sensitive details. Do not put API keys, passwords or other credentials in a task.

This website

The resource marketplace preview runs only on the current page. Searches and demo library changes are not uploaded or saved and are cleared on refresh. The preview does not read local files or call a model. This website does not provide file uploads, live research or payment forms. Theme preferences stay in your browser; no third-party analytics or advertising scripts are integrated. Hosting providers may still process necessary access and operation logs.

Before the formal release

The formal privacy policy, terms, operating entity and privacy contact still need to be confirmed before the public product release. Data storage, retention and deletion for the cloud version will be described when it becomes available.
